DMCA & Copyright Policy

SPARCgen Inc, a Delaware corporation headquartered in Plainsboro, New Jersey ("SPARCgen", "we") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Money God to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

Most of what is stored in Money God is private to a household and is not published to anyone else. Notices are still welcome for any content on our website or in the Service.

Notice of copyright infringement

If you believe content on Money God infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (a specific URL is best)
4. Your contact information (address, phone number and email)
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which SPARCgen may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice

Send counter-notices to the same designated agent above. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant tells us it has filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Open-source software and public data

Money God uses open-source software under its licences, including PolicyEngine-US (AGPL-3.0), TradingAgents (Apache-2.0) and persona prompts from ai-hedge-fund (MIT). It also displays public market and economic data from sources such as Yahoo Finance, the SEC and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (FRED). If you believe we are using any of these out of line with their licence or terms, please email hello@getmoneygod.com and we will look into it promptly.
