Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Money God, a service of SPARCgen Inc, a Delaware corporation headquartered in Plainsboro, New Jersey ("SPARCgen", "we", "us"). We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always posted at this address.

By using Money God you agree not to do any of the things below. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, with or without notice.

1. Use it for your own family's money

Money God is for managing your own and your family's personal finances. You may only connect accounts, enter information and upload documents that are yours, or that you are authorized to manage (for example, as a spouse, parent, guardian, or with the account holder's permission). You may not use it to:

2. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use Money God to store, process or facilitate anything that:

3. Technical abuse

You may not:

4. Commercial use

Money God is provided for personal, family use. Without our written permission, you may not:

Managing the finances of your own small business alongside your family's, using the business-owner features, is fine. If you have another use in mind, contact hello@getmoneygod.com first.

5. Fair use

To keep the Service free and reliable, we apply limits — for example on sign-in attempts, sign-ups, sync frequency, document size and vault storage per household, and analyses. Limits are set well above normal family use and may change. AI usage on your own key is billed by your provider; where we provide a platform AI key, usage limits apply. If you regularly hit a limit through normal use, contact us.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you add to Money God. You agree that it does not violate anyone's rights or the law, and that you have the right to include any information about other people that you add. We do not review household data, but we may act on reports and remove content or accounts that violate this policy.

7. Security researchers

We welcome responsible security research. If you believe you have found a vulnerability:

Report findings to hello@getmoneygod.com with the subject "Security". We do not currently run a paid bug-bounty program, but we will acknowledge good-faith reports and will not pursue legal action against research that follows these rules.

8. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is misusing Money God — for example, an invitation you didn't expect, or someone accessing your information without permission — email hello@getmoneygod.com with as much detail as you can (email addresses, dates, screenshots). We review all reports.

9. Enforcement

When we determine that this policy has been violated, we may:

Decisions are at our discretion. We may act without prior notice when necessary to protect the Service, our users or third parties.
